1. Eligibility

• You must actively search for a truck dispatcher position for at least 30 consecutive days after completing the course.

• You must make reasonable and genuine efforts to find employment rather than simply submitting applications without actively pursuing opportunities.
• You must be able to provide reasonable evidence of your job search activities upon request

2. Proof of Job Search
When requesting a refund, you may be asked to provide evidence demonstrating your active job search.
This may include:

• A list of companies you contacted;
• Copies or screenshots of submitted applications;
• Dates of applications;
• Emails or other correspondence with potential employers;
• Other reasonable evidence showing that you actively searched and applied for jobs.

The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that the Money-Back Guarantee is available to students who genuinely attempted to find employment after completing the course.

3. One-Month Period
The 30-day period begins on the date you complete the course.
You must complete the required job-search activities during this 30-day period. Simply waiting for an employer to contact you, without actively applying for suitable positions, does not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Request
If you have completed the course, actively searched for employment for at least 30 days, submitted at least 100 relevant job applications, and have not received a job offer, you may submit a refund request.

• Your full name;
• The email address used to purchase the course;
• Your purchase/order information;
• Evidence of course completion;
• Evidence of your job search and applications.

We will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.

5. Refund Approval
Meeting the requirements above does not mean that a refund is issued automatically. Each request is reviewed to verify that the conditions of this Money-Back Guarantee have been satisfied.
If your request is approved, the eligible course purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

6. What Does Not Qualify
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if:

• You have not completed the course;
• You have not actively searched for employment;
• You have submitted fewer than 100 relevant job applications;
• You cannot provide reasonable evidence of your job-search activity when requested;
• The applications were not relevant to truck dispatcher or related positions;
• The information provided in your refund request is incomplete, false, or misleading;
• You obtained employment or a job offer during the 30-day period;
• The refund request is submitted after the applicable eligibility period.

7. No Employment Guarantee
The Money-Back Guarantee is not a guarantee of employment.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer, a specific salary, a specific position, or employment with any particular company after completing the course.
The purpose of this guarantee is to provide a refund option to students who have successfully completed the course and made a genuine, documented effort to find employment but have not received a job offer within the specified period.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Money-Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect at the time of your purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
